Check out this documentary about Te Hā Tangata – Human Library on Homelessness. It’s just a small insight into the stories and experiences shared in the book.

Some of the Massey University students who were part of Te Hā Tangata: The Breath of the People took footage of the process and obtained interviews about homelessness in Aotearoa. Charley Draper from the Massey School of English & Media Studies put it all together into this documentary. It aims to illuminate the human dimension of the homelessness problem, outline the Te Hā Tangata human library project, and point to some of the wider solutions to housing deprivation.
