With many other food services unable to operate during lockdown, we extended our meal service temporarily to Sundays, to make sure that the whānau had access to a hot, nutritious meal every day. In true Suzanne Aubert fashion, we saw the need and did something about it!

We continued this service throughout Alert Level 1, this way those organisations had the time to open back up and resume their pre-COVID services. When our dining room opened back up, we served 2 meals a day inside from Monday – Saturday, and on Sundays we served a takeaway meal at midday.

Now it’s time for us to discontinue our Sunday meal service. Tomorrow (Sunday 2nd August) will be our last one.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped us with the extra day! We have had many people selflessly give their time to help us provide a delicious meal for those who needed it, every day of the week.

You can come for a meal from Monday – Saturday, breakfast is from 7.45-8.45am, and dinner is from 4.45-5.45pm.
